Okay, Last wednesday is the firstday of my CCA day, and I joined CDC after trying out so many CCAs. However, after seeing all the injuries and accident occur in JJC made me wonder if I made the right choice. ): LOLs. Zheng Hui, president of the CDC, gave us a lollipop each. So Sweet of him!!! Den Fanndly and me wanted to be a bimbo, and we put the lollipop on our hair to walk around the school like our home. Hehex, to think about it, it is quite stupid sia.

Look at this dragon, it is so nice right?!!! My friend drew one. He is just so talented!!!

Today, last saturday, we went to celebrate my mon birthday at the Long' Beach restaurant at some beautifel ulu place. The place is like full of foreigners and we being Singaporean feel like the minority in our own country. It is like o, these people must be French, Indonesian, eh, they speak chinese sia. Den sianed, they are from China. Lol!!! For a hard time we recognise one Singaporean family which is my father's friend. Hahas, if you want to have the feel to be in other countries, you can go to that place. Hahas. (:

This photos are taken quite long ago and I forgot to update. Hehex, felt so great meeting up with steph. She look slimmer. Haiz, I just feel so inferior. =.= We went to city to shop for a chool bag, actually we wanted to get two similar bags, but it was just too small for my school use. In the end, I bought an animal bag, it look quite nice though. Very expensive too!!! Now still feel a little heart ache, I totally have no idea what I am thinking when I pay for the bag. Maybe this shows the danger of shopping impulses. XD I am so going to use the bag until it is un-usable? Hehex, miss ya!!! Hope we will meet soon!!!

Hehex, Qiaoyi came back to visit us, I am so touched and happy to see her that you hugged each other so tightly. O.o man!!! I am so going to miss you!!!

The CSL camp gives people a different feeling about camps.

Through this camp, i got to know alot of good friends.

Hehex, it is very tiring but it is all worth it.

I will never regret joining as a CSL.

Last wednesday, we went to Unity primary school to visit our LINE camp campers.

They welcomed us at the gate shouting," Welcome to UPS this way please!!!"

I was like so shocked yet so touched that they were impacted by us by such a great extent.

They cheered so well, their enthuness can be on the same level as us.

I really think thst they trained hard just to show that they have changed and wanted to make a differnece.

What really touched me is that they bought us a book each and wrote their personal feelings and what they learnt from the camp in this book. They also didn't forget to thank us for being their father and mother during the camp. I am so touched that i wept. WAH!!! I love you all guys!!!

Actually, it has been flying in and out of my house for the past few days, my mom thought that it is a bird.
However, it is a bat!!!
My dad use a plastic bag to catch the bat, and set free it in another neighborhood, testing if it can fly back or not.

JJC-SLO, are they good or bad?

Okay, in this post I am going to pour all my feelings about SLOs (Student Liasion Officers). I am sorry that some of my informations are incorrect. Feel free to inform me. If you want to send me hate mails, I don't mind. But this is just being childish. Also I will be very glad if you send me suggestions. Thanks.

SLOs (Student Liasion Officers), seriously I have no idea what they are suppose to do in the camp. I think alot of the facilitators also don't know what they do. If you say they are suppose to take care of the campers, I definitely did not see them around with the campers. And we are informed that they will to attach to very Leader's group, but they are always not around. They are not planning com, I seriously don't know what they are busy for? And I can say they did not support us, facilitators during the camp, when we are having a hard time with the campers. I personally feel that we are one JJ family, I don't see why they got special treatment. And why we are separated into two different groups? We should work as a team in this camp but not it is my part and that is yours.

After the camp, they got personal make up math lesson with Mr Liew, I was like asking what about we, facilitators? The SLOs say is for SLOs only. This is just total bias. Is not like we contribute much lesser den them. We, planning com and facilitators, did spend as much time as them in the camp preparation and the event itself. You can say the SLO did stay back everyday after school even before us to plan the whole thing and painting the super enormous banner. But that is after school, they did not miss any lesson at all. We are from JJ, they are also from JJ. We are taking 'A' levels, They are also taking 'A' levels. Their results will affect the reputation of JJ, our result will also affect the reputation of JJ. So what makes them so special? Whats make their results more important than ours? They miss how many days of school, we also miss the same number of days. Why they got private make up lesson while we don't? I really greatly appreciate that we are given mass lecture for the math, cause we really cannot catch up. I was like at loss in all the mectures except the teaching of how to use the graphic calculator. We leaders are bringing glory as what you teachers say to the school. But why are we treated so differently as two different groups?

Secondly, we facilitators are being called JJ leaders. We supposed to help the school, and bring more glory for our school. I really loved doing this, and JJ make me feel like at home. I spent more time in JJ than my own home. However, we facilitators, after surviving two camps, both the west zone line camp and the CDAYL camp, we are still not acknowledge by the school as real leaders. You can say that we didn't go through the hard core training like the 02 OGls did, but I can bravely say that we really put in our best in these two camps. We even risk our studies, thinking that we can do a small insignificant part in contributing to the school. So we really deserved the JJ leaders shirt. I really can understand that we are not worth for the shirt in west zone line camp. But what about the CDAYL camp? We already put in our very best, if you are still not happy with us. I really don't know what to say le. Everytime when you teachers say you don't need us and we can scram, do you really know that it breaks our heart? You can say the CDAYL shirt is more prestigious than the JJ leaders shirt, but if you really acknowledge us as leaders and calling us back for all kinds of small or big event, you should have at least a JJ leaders shirt. You may think that this shirt is a small fry, but to us, it is an acknowledgment. Telling us that we have done it. I think by saying you did well, you all done us proud is not as effective as giving us the shirt. Doing things is much better than saying it. Actions speaks louder than words.

Thirdly, I thought that we can only wear shirt printed with JJ logo shirt in school. However, why the SLOs shirt don't have any JJ logo? And their shirts are paid by teachers. I don't mind who is paying. But why their shirts don't have any JJ logo?

Fourthly, the SLO ask for an extension of deadline for their pi for the project work. They ask for the extension for the SLOs only. Is this being selfish? We also missed lesson, we also don't have time to think for the pi. Why can't you SLOs think for others? It is not about the extension of deadline that i am pissed about, it is about you need to think for your others leaders too. Owen's house mistress, Mrs Mandy Wong said during this afternoon's house meeting that being a leader, you must think more about than yourself. Can't you guys think for the planning com people and facilitators for awhile?

From another point of view. Don't say I am just a blind angry girl. You SLOs did do alot of things that we don't see. And i do appreciate it. You all stay back in school almost everyday, your studies are really lagging behind. You need more attention than others. Since you SLOs are running for council, you all now are still very busy. I don't know when you all will be free and can study. But I really hope that we all can score well in "A' levels together. Seriously, this is what i hope, and to show all the other schools that we JJ can make a difference.

In conclusion, you all have your own ideas, feel free to express yourself. I don't think SLOs are bad or good, I am quite neutral with them. Again, I am informed that life is not fair. However, in this case, so many things just happen, this is just too much le. And as leaders, we should care for the welfare of our fellow team and school mates. Thats why i wrote this post. Together, we can stop all this misunderstanding and strike for the best as one whole JJ family or even impact others and strive as one Singapore. I really hope that we can clear all misunderstandings and stand up as one JJ together.
